The Tardito Rotary Rinsing/Sterilizing Machine model TP/R, with manual loading and unloading of bottles, is designed to rinse new bottles, to clean the inside from powder and any small particles, prior to the filling operation. The machine can be used with a sterilizing product or an alcohol-based solution, with recycling after dripping. In the wine industry, it can be used with a solution of wine and SO2. The recycle tank and the pump are mounted on the machine side, to allow for an easy operation and washing. The working speed of the machine can be adjusted by a Potentiometer on the front panel, from 300 to 1,500 bottles per hour. The machine is mounted on wheels, with brake.
