CCR’s Model D is our high production B-Top Bottle Corker. The 300+ cork capacity hopper auto-feeds a wide variety of T-style corks. It is specifically designed for long production runs where frequent changes in cork size are not required. Corks can be inserted at the rate of approximately one per second.

Our integrated v-stop trigger allows for one-handed operation. To activate the corking mechanism, simply push the bottle into to v-stop and the cork is automatically inserted. This model is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum. It must be mounted to a table or bench top and a mounting board is supplied. Requires a 90 PSI @ 1 CFM Air Supply and 110 Vac.

The Model D can be integrated into a conveyor-based bottling line.
